SNK Playmore just released some “new” shots of Fatal Fury: Battle Archives Volume 1 for the PS2. I use the quotes because as the name suggests, it’s a collection of the old Fatal Fury games, due out in the US sometime this summer.
I can’t claim to be a fan of the original Fatal Fury games, so inside you’ll just see cropped screenshots of Mai Shiranui. It’s cool that they’re releasing these collections and all, but man - too many dudes.
It should be noted that two volumes of Battle Archives are already out in Japan, so if your PS2 can play Japanese games, go ahead and pick them up. The first volume contains Fatal Fury, Fatal Fury 2, Fatal Fury Special, and Fatal Fury 3 - the US release will be the same. The second volume has Real Bout, Real Bout Special, and Real Bout 2 - nothing has been announced for the US as far as I’m aware.
