Well this is a surprise. In more SNK news, they’ve updated their website for Doki Doki Majo Shinpan (formerly Doki Doki Majo Saiban), the witch-hunting game for the DS. But they’ve updated it with an English section. (In case you’re wondering, yes, you are bad person).
Now, this isn’t a formal announcement that the game is coming to the US - and I don’t think any of us expect that, given that it’s about finding out if a young girl is a witch by groping her - but it’s a puzzling step if it’s not. Pics and another surprise inside.
Yes, as you’ll see in the gallery, not all of the characters in this game are female. But is he a witch? A warlock? Is it Harry Potter in disguise?
Whether it gets translated into English or not, the DS is region-free so you can happily import the game without worrying about modding.
Update: While I was questioning her role in the gallery captions, this image clearly shows that the cutie to the left is actually a nurse.
