I discovered Brazil’s Rodrigo Gelmi while browsing the Luxology gallery. His portfolio has a wide variety of work, but naturally I was drawn to his 3D girls.
They’re fascinating because rather than try and fight the limits of computer graphics which tend to result in plastic-looking surfaces, Gelmi embraces them, creating photoreal examples of plastic figures that may or may not exist in reality.
See all the high-res pinup beauties inside.
I don’t know if it’s the poses or the surfacing, but I get a real Cuban vibe from these women.
View the rest of Gelmi’s work at his site. There are a couple more girls in there but unfortunately there seems to be a problem with links - clicking my favorite girl (wearing a bustiere) brings up a different image.
