Play Magazine
What better way to remember the fallen than to give you the entire Girls of Gaming, volume 1? These really are excellent books, which you can buy right here.
This post is also to celebrate me finally getting off my butt and upgrading the site. Because if I hadn’t, I would have had to add all 105 images manually. Come in and enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Capcom
Sorry for the lack of updates recently, it was unavoidable. But flipping through the latest EGM I was reading about Street Fighter IV, and feeling inspired, I knew I had to post.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Girls of Street Fighter, from Chun-Li to.. Area?! Oh, and one dude. A really hot dude.
Enjoy more than 60 (mostly) high-res pics inside.

Happinet
The new Entertainment Earth catalog arrived yesterday, with lots of cool stuff. The anime section has certainly expanded.
Anyway, what really caught my eye was this gorgeous figure of the lovely Tsukino Azusagawa from Yakitate!! Japan. She’s been mentioned before, and I’m sure I’ll post her again.
Check inside for ordering info and some beautiful hi-res photography from lu-k.

Diamond Comic Distributors
Diamond Comic Distributors have unveiled one of their San Diego Comic-Con 2007 exclusives; a version of the Jungle Emi PVC figure that ain’t no cow, despite her cute Holstein bikini.
Pics of the original and this exclusive inside.

SNK Playmore
Well this is a surprise. In more SNK news, they’ve updated their website for Doki Doki Majo Shinpan (formerly Doki Doki Majo Saiban), the witch-hunting game for the DS. But they’ve updated it with an English section. (In case you’re wondering, yes, you are bad person).
Now, this isn’t a formal announcement that the game is coming to the US - and I don’t think any of us expect that, given that it’s about finding out if a young girl is a witch by groping her - but it’s a puzzling step if it’s not. Pics and another surprise inside.

Marvelous Entertainment
According to MOON PHASE, there’s going to be a sequel to the Gunslinger Girl anime. The manga is still running so they should have plenty of source material.
Despite the fact that it’s more appealing for gun nerds instead of girl nerds, this is welcome news - it’s a good show. Let’s hope for more Triela (and you’ll find her inside).

Good Smile Company
Amazon.jp is going to be the exclusive distributor for Good Smile Company’s first Motoko Kusanagi (based on her Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex look) statue, which is bad news if you don’t actually live in Japan.
Luckily, HobbyFan is going to be carrying it too, and you can preorder right here.

Capcom
Even though they have the most rock & roll website of any game developer, Grasshopper Manufacture’s No More Heroes hadn’t really caught my attention..
..until I caught sight of Sylvia here, and immediately fell in love.
Because I think she looks exactly like a sexier version of Tsukino from Yakitate! Japan. Pics of both inside, you be the judge.
